SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES
ONLY 2025/26 WRITA Platinum Partners will be invited to submit presentation proposals for the 2026 WRITA Fall Summit.

- Four (4) of these proposals will be selected and given the EXCLUSIVE opportunity to make a 1-hour presentation at the WRITA Fall Summit. If selected, the cost for your 60-minute session will be $5500. All content will be reviewed by WRITA prior to the event.
- ONLY the vendors invited to sponsor and present at the Summit will be permitted to send two (2) representatives to attend and participate in the Summit (no additional cost).
- Opportunity to present up to two educational/informational webinars to members throughout the partnership year (as time and schedule allows).
ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
- Includes one (1) 10’x10’ premium booth space for the WRITA Annual Conference, April 26th – 28th in Mesa, Arizona (estimated attendance 200-300)
- Platinum Partners have the opportunity to select their booth location. Selection order will be based on receipt of payment.
- Platinum Partners may register (and pay for) up to four (4) representatives at the 2026 WRITA Annual Conference (includes conference food & beverage). NOTE: No conference registration fees are included with the Platinum Strategic Partnership fee.
- Opportunity to sponsor four (4) email blasts to the entire WRITA membership during the partnership year (emails will be sent by WRITA administration)
- Invitation to attend a “Speed-Networking” event at the Annual Conference with member CIOs/CTOs/CISOs
- Lead-retrieval at WRITA Annual Conference
- Opt-in attendee list included

- Opportunity to include one Partner-produced article in the WRITA daily newsfeed to members
