1. Program Types

WRITA offers the following participation types:

a. Individual Membership

Available to individual public sector professionals only seeking access to WRITA’s community, resources, and programming. Individual Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the named individual.

b. Enterprise Membership

Available to qualifying public-sector organizations, government entities, and approved organizations. Enterprise Membership extends access to employees of the Member Organization during the active term.

c. Gold Partnership

A strategic partnership tier designed for organizations seeking enhanced engagement, visibility, and participation opportunities with the WRITA community.

d. Platinum Partnership

WRITA’s highest partnership tier, offering maximum visibility, engagement, and strategic alignment opportunities, subject to availability and WRITA approval.

e. Try Before You Buy

A limited, temporary trial offering providing restricted access to select WRITA benefits prior to committing to individual or enterprise memberships. Gold and Platinum Partnerships are not eligible.

2. Term & Activation

All memberships and partnerships are granted for a one-year term beginning on the activation date unless otherwise specified in writing. Programs automatically renew unless a 90 day written notice has been give. Notices should be sent to admin@writa.us.

3. Benefits & Inclusions

Benefits vary by membership or partnership tier and may include:

• Access to WRITA communications, platforms, and community resources
• Discounted or included registration for WRITA events and conferences
• Educational programming, webinars, and roundtables
• Marketing, branding, and recognition opportunities
• Eligibility for sponsorships, pilot programs, or strategic initiatives

Specific benefits for Gold and Platinum Partnerships are defined in the applicable partnership agreement, prospectus, or exhibit and may be updated annually WRITA reserves the right to modify benefits with reasonable notice.

4. Use of Memberships & Partnerships

Individual Membership

Benefits apply solely to the enrolled individual and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned.

Enterprise Membership

Benefits apply only to employees of the enrolled organization and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or resold.

Gold & Platinum Partnership

Partnership benefits are limited to the organization named in the partnership agreement and may not be transferred without WRITA’s prior written consent.

Partners may not represent themselves as WRITA employees, public-sector agents, or decision-makers.

5. Code of Conduct

All members and Partners agree to:

• Act professionally and respectfully within the WRITA community.
• Engage in good faith and align with WRITA’s mission and values.
• Avoid disruptive, discriminatory, unethical, or unlawful conduct

WRITA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund.

6. Try Before You Buy Program

WRITA may offer a Try Before You Buy program as a limited introduction to WRITA benefits.

Scope

Trial access provides limited, temporary access to select resources and communications. Full benefits, including event discounts, sponsorship eligibility, leadership participation, or branding opportunities, may be excluded.

Duration & Eligibility

• Trial duration is determined by WRITA
• Trial access may be limited to one per organization or individual
• Trial access is non-transferable
• WRITA may revoke trial access at any time

Participation does not obligate either party to continue or convert.

7. Payment & Fees

All membership and partnership fees must be paid in full prior to activation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

8. Cancellations & Termination

Participants may cancel at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the participant to a refund. WRITA reserves the right to terminate participation if a Member or Partner:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Engages in conduct harmful to WRITA’s mission or reputation
• Trial access is non-transferable
• Misuses WRITA platforms, benefits, or branding

9. Intellectual Property & Branding

All WRITA materials, branding, and content remain the intellectual property of WRITA. Gold and Platinum Partners may use WRITA branding only as permitted in their partnership agreement and may not imply WRITA endorsement beyond agreed terms.

10. Privacy & Communications

Participants consent to receive WRITA communications related to membership, partnership benefits, events, and organizational updates. WRITA handles data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

WRITA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in WRITA programs, events, or initiatives. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

12. Modifications to Terms

WRITA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the WRITA website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which WRITA is incorporated.
